Jordan Mueller is a Managing Director at Kreshmore Group, where he is responsible for leading middle market companies through complex operational turnarounds and debt restructurings. He has extensive experience advising Fortune 500 firms, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, venture capital-backed startups, non-profit/governmental institutions, privately held middle market firms, and lenders. Jordan has advised over 25 companies and lenders through Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, M&A transactions and integrations, and pure play operational turnarounds and performance improvement initiatives.

For over a decade, Jordan has advised the senior leadership of dozens of companies through periods of maximum uncertainty and challenge. He has supported the restructuring of over $2 billion in pre-workout debt, engaged in M&A transactions valued at over $100 million, and led over $250 million in bottom-line turnaround initiatives. Jordan specializes in operationally complex situations in which leadership and relationship-building across capital constituents are non-negotiable. For his role leading the Chapter 11 §363 sale for Fisker Inc., Jordan was recognized by The M&A Advisor for the “2024 Restructuring of the Year, $10 – 50 Million”

Prior to joining Kreshmore Group, Jordan led complex debt restructuring and turnaround assignments at Huron Consulting Group and Alvarez & Marsal. He began his career as a commercial strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Jordan holds a Master's degree from Columbia University, a Bachelor's from Washington State University, and holds Series I & II credentials as a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor.
